In “Ile de France”, we are today the only fabric place for street arts. We are forced to evolve in a bounded space and our reception capacity is limited.

In face of this lack of space, Oposito company has the project to construct a bigger space : the “Grand Moulin”. It will allow a biggest accommodation capacity for companies residence.
The Grand Moulin, near Noisy-le-Sec town center will include :
–  a 700 m² construction workshop
–  a rehearsal room
–  a costume workshop
–  a 200m² office surface area
–  a meeting room, individual bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and a dining room

The Grand Moulin will combine architectural, conceptual and functional quality. It will permit us to welcome in a professional environment company about 20 persons with creation projects of big scenographic forms.

The Grand Moulin, directed by an artistic and professional team, will be Oposito’s homeport and a shared place, at the disposal of others emerging plans :
–  Residence, construction and rehearsal pole
–  Writing, reflexion and formation place

Our willpower to be integrated in our territory will contribute to confirm the streets art net in Ile de France with an efficient and adapted facility.
